Customer Reviews
Good for gifts, but watch those codes!
Compared to Harry & David, Hickory Farms definitely holds its own for gift baskets. I picked up a cheesecake, and it was pretty good, though the delivery took a bit longer than I expected. Just remember they only take one promo code at a time when you're checking out, which can be a little annoying if you have a few good ones.
Perfect for a special occasion
I ordered a Charcuterie Board for my anniversary and it was absolutely fantastic! The selection of cheeses, especially the Smoked Gouda, and the Dry Salami were just perfect. Everything arrived fresh and beautifully presented. It made our evening feel so special and effortless. I will absolutely buy from Hickory Farms again and recommend them to anyone looking for a gourmet treat. It was such a hit!
Solid gift, a few snags
I ordered the Beef Summer Sausage and Mission Jack Blend for my brother's birthday. The products themselves were great, he loved them. The packaging was also very secure. My only minor issue was the delivery took 5 days to reach Denver, which was a bit longer than I hoped for, but it did arrive within the estimated window. Overall, a good experience and I'd likely order again, just maybe plan a bit more time for delivery.
Good value for a gift
I bought a Meat and Cheese Gift Basket for my parents. I was looking for something affordable but still nice. The price was great, especially with the discount I got for signing up for emails. It felt like a solid purchase and they really enjoyed it. Definitely worth what I paid.

Does anyone know if Hickory Farms does military discounts? My brother is active duty and I wanna send him something nice.
What's their return policy like? Just in case the recipient doesn't like something or it arrives messed up. Is it a pain to deal with?
Hey, thinking of getting a gift basket for my mom's birthday next month. Can I like, order it now but have them deliver it closer to her actual birthday? Or does it just ship right away?
Is the summer sausage actually good? Like, compared to other brands? I usually get mine from a local butcher but I'm thinking of trying these gift baskets for a party.
Can you use more than one coupon code on an order? I have a free shipping one and then found a 15% off deal. Hoping to stack them!
